Bonitasoft, the leading open source digital process automation company, announced today that it has exceeded its 2021 forecasts for revenue and retention as it expanded its channel relationships in North and South America and Europe.

Strong renewal rate and increased revenue per sale

Bonitasoft’s customer renewal rate was over 90% in 2021, reflecting the strong relationships the company has with its customers deploying digital automation projects in the face of pandemic workplace and marketplace changes. The average amount of each new sale in 2021 was nearly double that of 2020.

Expansion of internal Bonita platform use

2021 saw an expansion of Bonita automation projects inside corporate entities like Credit Agricole Technologies and Services, which began its first Bonita digital transformation project more than 5 years ago in several regional banks, and today is using Bonita as the selected digital automation platform of the entire banking group.

Recent new investment in Bonitasoft

This news follows on the recent announcement of a new investor in Bonitasoft as Fortino Capital Partners, the European B2B software investor, acquired a majority stake in Bonitasoft from former investors including Bpifrance, Auriga Capital, Serena Capital and Ventech. As part of the transaction, Miguel Valdes and Charles Souillard, who founded Bonitasoft in 2009, will reinvest and team up with Fortino Capital during this new phase of growth beginning in 2022.

“We focused on delivering more value to our customers in 2021, with the continued improvement of the Bonita digital process automation platform’s visual capabilities, a new, centralized Customer Service Center, and an expanded program of partner expertise. And we clearly struck a chord with users and analysts alike with Bonita’s coding tools, frameworks, and extensions aimed specifically for developers. Forrester noted that our company’s reference customers indicated that direct vendor support was exceptional.”

- Miguel Valdes Faura, CEO and co-founder of Bonitasoft

Aucun projet d'infrastructure, aucun sprint IT dédié.
