Bonitasoft certified Great Place to Work 2023

Bonitasoft once again confirms its place in the community of  Great Place To Work® 2023 certified companies.

The certification, effective on March 6, 2023, is valid until March 2024.

This recognition comes as a result of Bonitasoft’s efforts to create working conditions that support the development of its employees, and is also part of a global approach aimed at promoting our positive employer brand.

The Great Place To Work® 2023 certification was obtained on the basis of a response rate of more than 94% of employees to the "Trust Index." 83% of respondents agreed that they are able to evolve in a company where it is good to work.

  • 86% of Bonitasofters responded positively to the question “Overall, I can say that this is a really good company to work for.”
  • 97% of Bonitasofters believe that new employees are welcomed appropriately.
  • 91% of Bonitasofters find that employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy balance between their professional life and their private life.

Following its last certification in 2019, Bonitasoft has enriched its HR policies and has particularly focused on 3 themes:

  • Flexibility & telecommuting
  • Transparency
  • Well being at work

"This is the third time that Bonitasoft has obtained this Great Place to Work certification, and we were particularly attentive to the evolution of the company in the eyes of the employees since the last certification in 2019. The company's flexibility and support for working from home, management transparency, fairness and camaraderie were rated particularly highly by Bonitasofters."

Charlotte Adams, VP of People, Bonitasoft

Through its methodology, Great Place To Work® aims to build a better society by helping organizations become “Great Places to Work for all.”

Frequently asked questions
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium, totam rem aperiam.
What kind of partners are listed here?
Consulting firms, system integrators, and implementation specialists who help organizations deploy Ofelia and connect it to their existing tools and processes. They bring the context, the relationships, and the expertise to turn a deployment into real operational impact.
How do I choose the right partner for my project?
Look at their industry focus and their delivery record. The right partner already works in environments like yours. They've handled the compliance constraints, the legacy systems, the internal dynamics. Not sure where to start? We help you find the right match — contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can a partner help me figure out where to start?
Yes. Most partners run a scoping phase before any deployment. They locate the workflows creating the most friction and define where you get results first. You don't need a spec. You need a conversation.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the scope. A focused deployment on one or two workflows can be live in weeks. A broader rollout across teams and systems takes longer. Your partner gives you a realistic timeline after the scoping phase. No guesswork.
Is there a minimum size to work with a partner
No. What matters is the operational challenge — not the headcount. Partners work with fast-growing companies and large enterprises alike.
