Bonitasoft obtains Great Place To Work® certification for the 5th time

Bonitasoft has just been certified as a Great Place To Work® for the fifth time since 2018

This award is based entirely on employee testimonials about their experience working at Bonitasoft. In 2024, 69% of employees surveyed said that Bonitasoft “is a great place to work.”

Great Place To Work® is the global benchmark for employee experience. It is based on a questionnaire of 60 statements dealing with 5 dimensions: credibility, respect, conviviality, pride and fairness.

In response to the questionnaire, 69% of Bonitasoft employees declared that their employer “is a great place to work.” Across all questions, we obtained a Trust Index of 72%, well above the minimum threshold of 65% to be certified. Great Place To Work® is based on data (more than 100 million employees surveyed) and years of research.

“Great Place To Work® certification is a highly coveted distinction that requires employers to consistently and intentionally commit to the overall employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place To Work® . She emphasized that certification is the only official recognition obtained through real-time feedback from employees on their company culture. “By obtaining this result, it is clear that Bonitasoft stands out as one of the best companies to work for, providing an excellent professional environment for its employees.”

Increased flexibility thanks to 100% teleworking

“We are proud to be Great Place To Work® certified for the fifth time because we consider employee experience a top priority. We owe our continued success to the involvement of our teams. We thank them for their investment, as recognized by this award.”

- Charlotte Adams, Vice President of People at Bonitasoft

She adds: “The move to 100% remote working at Bonitasoft demonstrates our commitment to trust and transparency. We view our employees as responsible, able to manage their tasks wherever they are. This flexibility allows us to attract diverse talents and open up new recruitment opportunities beyond our offices in Grenoble and Paris."

According to Great Place To Work® research, candidates are 4.5 times more likely to find excellent management at a certified company. Additionally, employees of certified companies are 93% more likely to be happy to come to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, receive a fair share of company profits and access to a promotion.

Frequently asked questions
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium, totam rem aperiam.
What kind of partners are listed here?
Consulting firms, system integrators, and implementation specialists who help organizations deploy Ofelia and connect it to their existing tools and processes. They bring the context, the relationships, and the expertise to turn a deployment into real operational impact.
How do I choose the right partner for my project?
Look at their industry focus and their delivery record. The right partner already works in environments like yours. They've handled the compliance constraints, the legacy systems, the internal dynamics. Not sure where to start? We help you find the right match — contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can a partner help me figure out where to start?
Yes. Most partners run a scoping phase before any deployment. They locate the workflows creating the most friction and define where you get results first. You don't need a spec. You need a conversation.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the scope. A focused deployment on one or two workflows can be live in weeks. A broader rollout across teams and systems takes longer. Your partner gives you a realistic timeline after the scoping phase. No guesswork.
Is there a minimum size to work with a partner
No. What matters is the operational challenge — not the headcount. Partners work with fast-growing companies and large enterprises alike.
