Bonitasoft is proud to announce that we have been recognized with a 2023 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius, an indicator of our commitment to corporate social responsibility.

The key areas of social corporate responsibility that the award was based are were:

  • Volunteerism
  • Robust diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Charitable donations and fundraising
  • Workplace culture, including model support for in-office and remote employees
  • Demonstrable support for environmental sustainability

The TrustRadius research team selected vendors to spotlight because of their strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and measurable impacts.

Future Bonitasofters often look for eco-friendly values during our recruitments. Bonitasoft’s commitment to social responsibility include both top-down policies and incorporating actions suggested by Bonitasofters. For example:

  • Support for employees who work with charitable and other community-oriented organizations
  • Purchasing local products for office snacks and kitchen
  • Purchasing employee gifts from local suppliers
  • Recycling refuse and purchasing recycled products
  • Participation in (and sometimes an award from!) Grenoble Mobility Day for alternatives to commuting by car
  • Work-from-where-you-are (remote work) since 2018
  • A tree planted for every “company win” - in May 2023, Bonitasoft planted 15 trees to celebrate the launch of Bonita 2023.1

“Bonitasoft’s employees’ attitudes and actions have boosted our positive social footprint, and this is a source of pride for all of us. This Tech Cares award is confirmation that keeping corporate policies aligned with our employees’ values is an important part of the company’s role as a good citizen.”

- Charles Souillard, CEO and co-founder of Bonitasoft

“Giving a second life to IT equipment through a local supplier is one example of how we offer ‘good stewardship’ to our employees, being both respectful of the environment and choosing local services,” added Gael Abaidia, Bonitasoft Office & Happiness Manager. “We are delighted with the positive feedback from employees."

"Bonitasoft has earned a 2023 Tech Cares award for their remarkable commitment to corporate social responsibility," said Megan Headley, VP of Research at TrustRadius. "Their dedication to supporting nonprofits through generous donations, impactful initiatives, and active volunteerism fosters a culture of community support and inclusivity. Bonitasoft's CSR report highlights their strong focus on creating positive change and making a lasting impact on people and the planet."

The Tech Cares Award is considered as a trust indicator for buyers in the tech community. Learn more about this award here.

Pssst! Bonitasoft was also awarded the Great Place to Work certification this year. TrustRadius agrees - Bonitasoft is a great place to work!

Frequently asked questions
Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium, totam rem aperiam.
How is Ofelia Assistant different from an AI chatbot or copilot?
Chatbots and copilots generate answers from general knowledge. Ofelia Assistant retrieves your enterprise procedures, guides employees through each step, and orchestrates actions across teams and systems. Not answers - execution, with full compliance and traceability.
Does it work with both Slack and Microsoft Teams?
Add your answer here.
What about security, compliance, and governance?
Built in from day one. 15+ years of enterprise BPA heritage underneath. Human-in-the-loop at critical steps. Full traceability by design. The AI guides employees through the right procedure — so compliance isn't enforced after the fact, it's the natural way work gets done.
What kind of knowledge can it access?
Your enterprise documentation: policies, procedures, SOPs, knowledge bases. Scope is defined per user profile and per geography. Ofelia answers only from authorized sources. When information is missing, it says so explicitly and points to the right human contact.
How fast can we start?
Weeks, not months. Phase one is the AI assistant: answers and team coordination in Slack or Teams, no system integration required. Real value from day one. From there, you grow into execution automation system by system, at your pace.
